Lend Lease and its partners are the Olympic Delivery Authority's preferred development partner for zones 2-7 of Stratford City, which includes Athletes Village.
The site will be developed in two phases – pre-2012, and from 2013 onwards.
Phase One involves the development of 2, 800 homes and related infrastructure and support services.
Phase Two involves refurbishing the Athletes Village after the Games, and further developing the site to include more homes, a health centre, and a locally managed community centre.
