What happens once I have submitted my Expression of Interest?
Over the coming months you may be contacted by the Village Supply Chain team to provide further and greater particulars with respect to your capability and capacity. As the project advances, procurement programme details will be published on this website.

How do I register my interest in more than one category?
If your company has the capacity to deliver work across more than one core trade, please complete a separate registration form for each of those trades. This will enable us to consider you for the most relevant opportunities. However, you may select as many categories within a core trade.

How will my Expression of Interest details be used?
Your Expression of Interest will be used to assess your company’s Appetite, Capability & Capacity to be part of the supply chain that delivers the Athletes Village. Your information will be treated confidentially in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of this website.

How long will my information be held?
Your information will remain on file for the next four years (the life of Phase One of the Athletes Village project). This will enable us to consider you for all relevant opportunities.

When will the project commence construction?
Commencement of residential construction is scheduled for mid 2008.

When will the project go to tender?
The first procurement packages are likely to be available from March / April 2008. The Procurement process will however occur in stages, between 2008 and 2010.

Given its status as preferred Development Partner, is Lend Lease entitled to appoint contractors?
As preferred Development Partner, it is necessary for Lend Lease and its delivery partner Bovis Lend Lease to continue to work towards project implementation. Our engagement with the supply chain is one of many initiatives we have underway
